Hinata deserved so much more screentime in Shippuden...this scene was pretty awesome to see how far she has gone, even brave enough to take on Pein for the sake of Naruto

Maybe its not as powerful and flashy as other characters but Hinatas Lion Fists powerup is one of my fav scenes in the show because she puts all her heart into it

Little did we know that this girl right here would one day throw naruto out of the house.

Girl was ready to die with no regrets for both the man and village she loves. I wish she got more screentime.

This scene alone made Hinata the best girl and the girl for Naruto.

Hinata was the only one who landed a punch on Pain before Naruto.

The best confession scene i'd seen in my life.

Hinata was totally invincible, despite being flung and falling a hundred feet, being stabbed with metal stakes and bleeding profusely. Then, as Naruto and Pain fight, the area she is in is crushed by giant chunks of earth, burned in a giant fireball, flooded. Still, she survives. Tough as nails. The scene here where she professes her love was my favorite moment of Shippuden.

When the people looked at Naruto as a monster Hinata used to look at him as the whole world🥺, No one deserves Naruto except her.

The background music that starts from 0:43 sec is the same soundtrack played when Minato rescues Kushina from the Nine tails and the Masked man up to when Minato puts on his Hokage cloak, ready to go save the village, and says, "I'll be right back!"

This really gave me mad respect for Hinata.

Hinata was one of the few people who never judge Naruto and loved him since forever

The pain arc has so many great moments definitely miss the feeling watching this arc for the first time!

This moment here was HARD for me to watch... She pulls out ALL the stops, but it's not enough... Hinata, you will always be my favorite

Hinata was one of my favorite characters in the Naruto Series. So happy when both of them ended up together.

Say what you will about Hinata but she was Naruto’s day one since the moment she met him. She loved that man through and through in every way.

Hinata learned three things that day: 1) continue the fight until the enemy has neutralized before rescuing Naruto. 2) like Wile E.Coyote, falling to the ground from that high up, really hurts. 3) never scare Naruto and/or the fans ever again!

Pain: *beats up/nearly kills the future wife* Naruto: So you have selected death?

I still get chills whenever I see Narutos reaction to this.

Hinata is and forever be my hero I see myself so much in her 🥺💜

the look of fear and worry on Naruto's face when pain hurls hinata into the air

Hinata is so romantic and a savior she risked his life for his loved naruto

Keep in mind, Naruto never talked to her about this event after Pain was defeated. This would have been the perfect point in the story for Naruto to acknowledge her feelings and develop his own. Missed opportunity IMO.

Hearing her say those words made me happy and excited. I am a huge fan of relationships, like Naruto and Hinata.

Love how Hinata went out to fight Pain while Sakura spent the whole time screaming for Naruto to come home. Hinata just has her head on straight. That's that.

My favorite part of this is that Hinata actually lands a hit due to the real Pain pushing himself too hard.

i remember when i heard 0:34 the first time i never gasped so long in my life. to be honest i didnt expect her to say that outloud but dayyum was the amazing to hear, b/c i've been rooting for her since the start.

I Legitimately cried during her speech

Her ups and downs are perfect for such a short screentime . Trying to overcome her fears and step up ( fighting neji ) , trying her best to be the daughter of a leader but at the same time be gentle and passionate , here when she knows she can't win but refuses to step down and do nothing , when she tried to save naruto and die for him but neji jumped infront of both of them ( if you think about it carefully , neji actually saved hinata not naruto . Hinata was already shielding naruto ) , when she saw naruto's weak state despite madly loving him ( she isn't blinded by love one bit ) and then knocked some sense into him or the time she left naruto for toneri to stop further war and fighting and save hanabi or ... . She wasn't strong ofc but when guts mattered , she never backed down ... . A gentle soul all the way 💯

People love Hinata because she would risk her life for naruto she always saving him too she was also the one to believe in naruto the most and help naruto stand back up during the war when neji died

this is hands down the best confession in anime ever

Hinata looked at this nigh-demi god, who destroyed the entire village, its strongest fighters, and Naruto Uzumaki all one after the other, who's got one of the most dangerous doujutsu in history and then said "I missed the bit where that's my problem." Massive props to Hinata, balls of absolute steel.

People really saying Kishimoto forgot this interaction between Naruto and Hinata but if one watches The Last: Naruto the Movie it showed why their relationship didn’t go anywhere. Naruto didn’t recognize Hinata’s love for him as a romantic one

Oh boy! This scene! This was when Naruto really began to notice Hinata. Okay, there was also the Chunin Exam Arc when she fought Neji, but, you get the idea.

NaruHina wasn’t forced, Naruto isn’t a romance anime. These small moments show how much Naruto cared for Hinata since the beginning and Hinata admired Naruto

She knows she can't take Pain alone knowing what he's capable of. So, instead of going berserk 1v1 againts him, she choose to break the rods that restrain Naruto from moving so they have a greater chance to take Pain out together. That allowing the Kurama's chakra to let loose when Naruto rage over Hinata being stabed.

Despite not having enough screen time this is without question Hinata's shining moment in Naruto Shippuden next to her marrying Naruto

Hinata haters say all the time, that she just went there to use this opportunity to confess, but that's wrong. She knew she has no chances against Pain and only tried to remove rods, that bound Naruto. If Pain succeeded in abduction Naruto, all would be lost. She tried to be useful, while Ms Useless was crying as usual. Most importantly, she confessed, because she knew she might not have another chance. That was the moment when Hinata being the best girl became kanon. She loved and accepted him way before he became champion of Konoha. Hinata should be a part of main cast, not Sakura.

She was one of the few that never hated Naruto for something way out of his control. The world needs more Hinatas.

I rooted for Hinata so much here.

Hinata always fought those who are stronger than her She fought Neji, who was stronger than Sasuke at that time, and she was defeated She fought someone with a magnet kekki genkai(don't remember his name) and killed him She fought Guren with almost sealed eyes(because of Guren's fellows jutsu), not to mention that Guren is far stronger than Hinata at that time, and she was crystallized She fought Pain, whom there is no need to define, and she was defeated Also, she fought Toneri and Momoshiki. Hinata didn't fight anyone with the same level as hers, so she was defeated in almost all her fights.

I love the animation style of the pain arc, specially this one
