Some tricks: Shaco/clone positioning on ult cast is based on where your cursor is. Where you click is where *your* positioning will be, and the clone is opposite that. If you want to be further away from the enemy, or make the clone closer to them then cast it backwards. You can teleport over thin walls with Shaco ult if you're close enough to them, and place your cursor towards the wall. If you cast ult at tier 2 tower, then the duration of the clone will be close to running out by the time you get to tier 1, so you can leave clone in the bush leading into the lane, and then jump over under your tower and catch people hitting your tower. It's good for when you're walking back to lane, and the enemy is trying to get plates. Clone takes aggro if it hits the enemy under their tower so long as *you* are not in range of tower. If the clone is autoing with you under tower, then it'll redirect it to you. If you can get clone behind an enemy who's retreating to their tower, and you have no minions under it for it to aggro to, then you can position clone behind them so that when the fear goes off, they run away from it back into you. Shaco clone's autos with Malignance proc the miasma to pool under them, so it can give away that it's the clone. It only matters sometimes, because people are brain dead and don't pay attention. Q backstab is super important early game. You basically lose like over half your damage if you don't get the backstab during Q. It's a crap mechanic, but it's significant damage. W can body block skill shots, or screw over certain dashes like Gragas E, so don't just use it as a trap. During ult you can recall, and even if you cancel your own recall, the clone will still channel the recall similar to Neeko clone, so you can bait people to stop you(the clone) if you're low. It's often better to hold off on using E until they're very low if you can get off damage with autos when finishing off someone, because you might not be in range for autos after, but more importantly because it does more damage the lower the target is. You can tp during Q, and it won't cancel the invisibility, so it's a useful way to escape if the enemy doesn't have cc for you in time. Pinkward usually goes for an early back for a sapphire crystal, and gets Fated Ashes next since it really helps with farming. It's typically fine to scrap and get low early levels, since you're likely going to tp back due to mana problems anyway. Not to mention that ashes continues to proc your PoM, and you won't have such horrible mana issues that you need lost chapter. You can set up 3 boxes for your jungler at their camps or to protect from invades, recall for mana, and make it back in time for lane.
Having a struggle and then a stomp side by side really showcase how objective Pekin's commentary is, he not only knows how his own champ and gamesense is working but also does such a good job evaluating how and why he or his opponents are doing what they do. The titles are clickbait as fuck (definitely a step or two above pekin) but the content itself is genuinely interesting. There's no commentary like with pekin, but overall I find it to be some nice and relaxing high elo shaco gaming. (Plus they do have a point that the baits ARE insane)

Shaco is one of my most favorite champ! he is such a clown i love him! As for not doing anything; i disagree. it's not like Pink Ward wins his lane everytime. knowing when/where to place boxes to make it unplayable for your enemies is what you do. I can see why you got called Pink Ward there. even on your first game, you did some pretty amazing stuff. that sett was calm and collected but then he lost it too. it's such a joy to watch you play shaco! ♥
