It's not a personal choice when women from poor countries are trying to escape poverty. We don't even know who's idea it was for her to go on these dating sites or if she got pressured into it. I think this speaks to the larger issue of older white men going to east, south and southeast asian countries to look for a younger women. Also the colonial mindset/internalized racism experienced by some (maybe a lot) women of color from those countries that value whiteness, because they equate whiteness with power, money and privilege. All this just to say this is a huge issue and they are not the only couples like this--they represent the collective internalized racism in those countries let alone in the US--I wish this wasn't the case.

Well, to be honest, I KNOW women who only are attracted to older men, not for money. I never understood. But I even know guys who are attracted to elderly women and I mean MANY years older, not only a few. So these cases do exist, as unbelievable as they may seem. @ItzBeautifulll for me after going through many experiences and by having had a much older dad , he was 26 six years older than my mom, whom was not physically atractive and didn't have much money but wow he had the purest heart I have ever seen. So after putting all those experiences together I would rather stay with a man who has a beautiful heart regardless of him being older, my age or younger, having money or not, being physically atractive or not . Because age, money and looks don't last forever but a beautiful heart it's with you until you die. 😊
