@@navishaagrawal9142 thank you! I suggest planning for the weekend too, incorporate your cheat meals and going out on the weekend in your schedule ! For example I am having pizza tonight (life is to enjoy in the end 😎🤩) -it means I am doing big workout before then. 🤪
