I absolutely love that The Devs actually wrote Mumflr Fumperdink's Story into Official Canon. It's even better considering Mark named The Speakeasy that the final WOL's spittoon is located at "Fumperdink's Drink" like it's a historical site or something...

That's in the game, no tricks about last saves Mark. That was truly a reference to yours truly, Mumfl Fumperdink.

It's lovely that Mark is humble enough to think the game remembered his past saves, and not that his playthrough (and thirst for spittoons) was iconic enough to give him a cameo

Naming the place "Fumperdink's Drink" and THEN reading the spittoon lore to find out it belonged to MUMFLR FUMPERDINK is one of the most beautiful accidental coincidences I've ever seen. The fact that the developers made Mumflr canon is absolutely incredible. :D The Famed Crazed Spittoon Swisher fits perfectly into this game's comedic style. TBH, that was one of the best playthroughs ever. Congratulations, Mumflr! You and your nasty spittoon hat earned a solid place in history!

I'm so happy they reused "stupid walking" just as various shoes instead of randomly😅

The game doesn't read your WoL save file when you interact with the spittoon, Dan always mentions Mumflr Fumperdink and Thernlion

Markiplier seriously went out of his way to buy a 90 meat hat for the sole purpose of getting a 30 meat reward 😭

I love that Mark was so focused on getting the hat that he completely skated over the fact that he was losing 20 meat on the whole transaction

The fact that Mumflr Fumperdink is canon in this universe is beautiful

Oh my gosh I'm so happy that they payed homage to Mark's playthrough like that. It's neat that they're fans and Mark is a fan and it's like a circle of fans like at Home Depot when you're bored

Quality of life tips: - You can change the combat speed and travel speed in the options (you can make combat even slower if you want!) - You can also browse your inventory by category or check the filters to find out if you have specific stats or resistances available (which is very soon going to be VERY useful since you're collecting everything)

I feel a little sad for the developers that Marks reaction to the spittoon dialogue was so tame. I think he just didn't realize that everyone gets that same dialogue and it was a genuine shout out to his character from the first game.

I recently watched a compilation of all of the Markiplier spittoon clips. And boy did that bring memories back of how funny west of loathing was. Think I might just go back and rewatch the entire series.

I'm gonna build a Bristol Ridge machine with Windows 8.1 OEM just to catch up with modern support. Nothing too powerful, I just want out of the low end graphics. I finally got my RU-vid 1080p60 on this laptop with some tlc and that's a blessing. Now I just wanna run all my games to full screen with various settings.

In the time between the release of part one of this series and this episode, part 3, I: - Bought the game on steam - Beat the game with four different characters - Got all 37 achievements available for the game on steam across those four playthroughs. This isn’t a knock against the upload schedule, though I know it could be perceived that way. I am more just amazed how much this game sucked me in- I almost never get all the achievements for a game, especially over such a short period of time. Truly a fantastic game and I can’t wait to see the rest of the play through… it’s gonna be a pretty long one in comparison to WOL, i think.

I love these games so much. Comments say that Mumflr Fumperdink is in fact canon, and that's just amazing. And I'm glad Mark is starting to take the time to read more of the dialogue out loud, like he used to…it would be such a shame if we couldn't enjoy the full glory of this game's dialogue, as that is the best part of these games. I also like that they brought back the stupid walking, though I feel like part of its charm in WoL was that you never knew what was going to happen every time you took a step - setting the animation via shoes takes away some of the fun, in my opinion. But that's just me.

All I want for Christmas is a new West of Loathing episode
