_I hope there's a sequel to this, either it's about more scenes where the creatures are getting trickier, more creative, and stronger, or about the copies of himself actually telling the truth about perhaps parallel universes and time warps. It'd be so amazing._ :>

I like Mr. Creeps too, but Lighthouse Horror must pick his stories to narrate incredibly carefully because they’re always fantastic! That’s one of the many things that make him stand out from the rest.

Makes me think that these things are more nuanced than they realise. Some lie, some try to force their way through, and some genuinely don’t k ow they’re lying at all

what's really interesting about this story is that the creatures coming out of the hole never really tried to attack the main character they either tried running or reasoning with him but he mercilessly gunned them down we don't even know what would happen if they do escape so it makes it seem that the main character is the real monster in this story.

No. They tried to trick him with the faces of his dead friend and force him to shoot a perfect replica of his daughter. They are trying to break him psychologically. For something this dangerous, I bet there is more than just one layer of security; the copies probably need the MC alive/cooperative to get past other layers. Make no mistake though, these things are evil and cunning.

Don't feel like a creep. I tell him all the time how much he saves my spirit and those notifications can literally turn my whole day around. There's something very calming and soothing in him that translates through the mic. He's a rare gem.

This was good! So often with these body-snatching stories, it is painfully obvious who has been turned or whatever. This one is compelling in how every one of these copies say just enough to make it sound almost plausible that they are telling the truth, despite the fact that their very body is itself an attempt at deception and manipulation. For a moment at the end, I almost expected Robbie to actually make some kind of salient point, but no, he is a lie too. And it is really quite genius how the story slips him into the story before we know the nature of these copies, I never considered he may be one of them. Just such good writing, I love it!

Maybe the thing that copied the MC lied so much that it lied to itself. Took on the personality of the original MC and can't remember who or what he is. Or the copies did just that...lied.

This is one of my all time favorite creepypastas now. It delivers everything you could ask for and in 23 minutes. Easily beats entire series I've watched that were anywhere from 1 to 7 hours or longer. I'm blown away. The narration was flawless along with the story. Firm handshakes all around

I'm sorry, I know this is an amazing story, and the narration is top tier, and I hope soon I can come back and listen. I know no one asked, but my bird got out two days ago, and is lost in the woods, that closely match the ooening discription. I've been calling and whisteling for him, and I saw him once, but he's never been outside and couldn't figure out down. He flew out of our circle of treed, and into the wider endless northern forrest. He's a tropical bird, and it snowed and I just want him home safe. He's never gone this long without scritches and kisses, and he was calling for me. I hope he's still alive, and finds his way home soon so we can listen together. I'm liking the video, and commenting to try and boost the algarithem.

Thank you. I keep looking around seeing things he's done, like where he chewed into the drywall, and bursting into tears. There's been no trace of him in two days. He likes to sit on peoples shoulder when they're talking passionatly about something, and nodding along when they make points, and likes supervising in the kitchen. He never poops in food, or tries to fly into dangerous things, he is best boi

I feel like it's my birthday or something. To bad I gotta wait till my 3 year old is asleep till I can properly enjoy it and its only 7 here so I got another hour or so!!! Agony!! I wrote the same thing yesterday, I love longer narrations. I can't wait for your next, now I know that they probably take alot more work but if you a big fan the pool for longer stories is quite bleed. There very hard to come by.
