Hi, Poland here. Im an addict too but drugs are my problem. What do you think- id it possibile to switch addictios ? I used to skate the board in highschool, 17 years ago. My first introduction to skate sports were the inline skates, I have a great fondness for them. I felt great when as a kid tried to jump over street gaps, racing with friends or just cruising around. Because I twisted my ankle three times when skateboarding, now i dont feel so safe and secure on a board, except using it as locomotion to the shop for some small groceries :D For The last five years I follow the scene of in line skates- brands, teams and pros like Eugen Enin, Chris Farmer, Nick Lomax, Broskow (hes great!) Them team, and ofc my country mate- Piotrek Combrzyński. It is enough for a month or 6 weeks to give up stimulants and I will be able to afford new good quality skates. Then this skatepark will be mine because you do not forget roller skating! In my city, roller skating is not a very popular form of sport, because when it comes to skate sport, most people now ride scooters, then downhill bikes, a bit on skateboards and a little bit on BMX. Only girls skate around the lake but it is only a form of recreation. Stimulants and addictions take the joy out of life and discourage people from going beyond the comfort zone, it is very sad. And it costs a lot too. I used to love skateboarding and rollerblading with all my heart, and spent all my free time outdoors. I would like to feel the happiness that is real and not delivered artificially as chemistry to the body. There used to be no skate parks at my place and now it is beautiful with an elegant surface! You would have to think about doing a baptism of fire there and show amateurs of scooters What the skatepark is for ha ha. Wish me luck and strenght to fight the shit and switch addictios! Roll on, im 34 but still able to flex and jump!

Man I wish there had been such a positive and supportive scene when I was coming up. Ended up hanging up my skates after too many older cats pushed us out of parks. It’s good to see it alive somewhere
