In France they would pronounce it with emphasis on the ER (like the throaty way like a ‘kh’ sound) So if a native french speaker were to say that word in a french accent it would not sound like “ay” at the end. No hate lol just clarifying.

Next time you go to Chinatown, I recommend trying out the Chinese bakery items and try out other bubble tea stores for example xin fu tang and coco are really good. This is a bit or a walk but on a good day, I could walk from Covent Garden up to Tottenham Court Road, to Oxford Circus, then down to Piccadilly Circus and Carnaby Street, then to Chinatown, down to Charing Cross and Embankment to go home. Sometimes I even go across the bridge to Waterloo where there is a a Christmas market right now. P.S after watching your video, I now know Leon does student discount thanks 😂😂😂.
