Just my own just very basic details where I went and which trailer and my hours a little note if there was a delay or something unusual If ever I'm questioned about an infringement I can pull it out and say "oh ya there was bad traffic" and no issue 90% of the time as soon as an officer sees a diary they tell you it's OK as it shows your keeping track of yhings
