31:00 when he said "hmm, midwest, lets go 615k" i about lost my mind because yeah its a nice house, but DAMN im in the midwest and people's houses around me are selling for 120k max. and we have about 1000 sqft so its kinda understandable, but still a 2600sqft 4 bed 3.5 bath house in my city is about 250k max so thats insane to me.

Meanwhile, me, also in the midwest, could not buy a 1,000 sq ft home for under $225, unless it's in a very poor neighborhood. Comparable houses to the one pictured would go for between $450 and $1M, depending on neighborhood and modernity. The pictured one would EASILY sell for $750k+.

@@dilupus i dont live in necessarily the poor neighborhood theres only been like 6 shootings in my lifetime, but it is right next to my high school so thats cool. idk where you at but there is a 10,000sqft house in my city (im pretty sure the most expensive) and its estimated at about $675k, 4 bed 5 bath
