Philippines retirement and expat lifestyle... It was a busy morning here on Green Acres Ranch. Our rescue roosters have grown so much they can jump out of their indoor plastic condo. They need more room to run. I constructed a beautiful, outdoor recreation area from materials I had lying around the ranch. Fatima stayed busy washing clothes by hand and preparing tonight's supper in the crockpot.

Very young chicks are hard to determine their sex. They all look alike. It takes about 6weeks after hatching when you can check the sex area and determine the sex.
