I'M DEHYDRATED 

Thanks for the tip! They can never find my veins. I drink sparkling water but only at night when I’m relaxing. I always forget during the day

I'm a guzzler so I usually have a large water bottle on the table next to me--I have one there right now. I am not, however, a purist. I usually add ice, Crystal Light, with a good dose of orange juice, and the juice of a lime--basically, as jazzed up as I can make it. But it makes it really easy for me to drink, drink, drink! Oh Denise, I feel your pain of having a needle poked around to try and find a vein. That has happened to me too. Glad to know you found the solution!

Hey Denise… thanks for the heads up. I was thinking my veins had been to Navy Seal training school to learn all the ways to avoid the enemy (needle). They duck, dive, roll, collapse, are deep, hide, etc. Lol it’s always an interesting situation. I will try that next time!

I just drink more water on the day lm having bloods taken and it really helps. I’m sure it’s frustrating getting to the toilet so often. My mum who passed at 93 hated water and mostly drank black coffee. ❤

Hi Denise, I have tp drink watwr due to the radiation treatments i had . They want me to get of all of the radiation in my system. I want to ask you about electrolytes and qhy its important for my body when dealing with my Cancer 😄😄😄. As for you young Lady. You nwed water to flush your system out especially with the meda your taking . They dihydrate your body. I also understand your fear of water. Its reasonable.
