Brings back memories! My grew up in a Chinese takeaway back in Dundee. Live in Hk now with 2 mixed raced kids - lovely to see you can speak Canto even with a Caucasian mum.

Awesome. Dad looks very resilient and zestful... what kind of fish do they usually use for Fish & Chips in Scotland?

This will be the first take way I have when I visit the UK next year! There are lots of good restaurants here in Shezhen but I have yet to find a proper fish and chip shop. When I worked in Oban my favourite meal after the pub was battered black pudding, chips and curry sauce.

.....1/3 of UK fish & chips have to be closed because of the supply issues from Russia/UK sanctions including Fish,flour,cooking oil and potato..

Daughter studies in Preston and Son works in Colchester in UK. We love UK fish and chips and have plans to visit Scotland again this July.
