I went through something similar after age 30 and I didn't have children. I started thinking I have BPD. but took ages to get diagnosed. My former husband couldn't cope and was abusive to me so I had to leave. Come to find out at age 40 that I have autistic traits. so now I'm neurodivergent. It's frustrating because if I had had the right support I would have never gone through that. You are lucky that your village stuck by you.

When you say "Nigeria happened to her", do you mean Nigerians were wrong in telling her the truth about her comments during that time?. I understand she was going through a lot then, but that doesn't make the comments about her position back then wrong. If it was wrong, she wouldn't be here explaining why she did what she now thinks is wrong. It's ok to say "people wouldn't have judged her as much or even paid attention to her if they knew what she was facing back then", but it is never ok to say they judged her harshly or wrongly. After all she was. Afterall she was lucid enough to type all she did and even replied people who disagreed with her back then. If you wouldn't judge her, then do not judge the Nigerians that disagreed with her. They were also going through a lot back then. "Nigeria didn't happen to her", Life happened to her.

I am going to put this out here for everyone to read especially FEMALES. please and please think of what you say or reply to people online. if you are the one receiving it. you never know what one might be going through in that space of time, people handle bashing, and criticism differently. I remember that cancel case and how they came for her (Ronke) from her Twitter page to ig, guess how I knew, it was from a Mua (makeup artist) page. a lady for that matter. not knowing what Ronke was going through in her space. hmm watching this video, I pray that you receive Restoration on all sides. you have been a long-standing and one of the pioneers of female black influencers. God is not finished with you sis.

I feel like it takes a part of feeling like "you" away. Thank you for sharing your story 💖 Continue to do everything you can to show up for yourself, love yourself, and love your babies 💕 You absolutely can do this! Xoxo

What a story ❤ you are so strong and beautiful for standing in your truth and being vulnerable. None of us are exempt from hard times, shame and having to start over, there’s strength and beauty in embracing this part of the journey !! We are humans and real and influencers should be more raw/transparent. May God bless you !! You should consider writing a book one day

Hi Ronke. I'm glad you're okay now. Having good mental health is really important. I've always loved you and I've been riding with you since day one. You're my one and only natural hair super hero. When you were 'canceled', I was heartbroken. I had to settle for rewatching your old videos (I binge watched like 3 different times, lol). I'm sorry about you and Banji.

So, I am only about 8 minutes in and I had to pause the video. I have watched you skirt about this topic in the past, and I am so proud of you for confronting it head on. I know this has to be incredibly hard to share with your subscribers, but I believe you will be stronger for it. We as Nigerians aren't encouraged to bare our emotions so I completely understand how brave you are.

Honesty I am so happy you are able to speak your truth I say a big congratulations to just making it to this point❤. I noticed his absence more with some of your portraits with your kids but when you told us in IG about your BPD diagnosis I realized it must have been related to that. My aunt literally went and is going through the same thing but has not allowed herself to acknowledge her diagnosis and to see her partner is not right for her and is actually not supportive in her mental health recovery. I’m definitely gonna rewatch this with her

Aries are very sensitive and caring people hence we tend to go through a lot of “pain” more than “other” people. I nearly went mad after having my third child😭 It is not easy. I am on meds now and I am doing well. Please seek help if you need help with your mental health. Don’t just pray and expect an instant healing…yes I am a Christian . God put doctors on earth to help with our ailments.
