Rice toner + cerave cream (that i use this cream for years) gave me a horrible contact dermatitis... The mugwort toner on the other hand it's soothing and nice. My skin is oily, acne prone and sensitive. I really loved to love the rice toner, because so many people see amazing benefits. :(

I wanna try the rice toner because of its benefits but I have oily face.. now it's summer in korea.. I tried the rice water treatment. It's been only 5 days since I started doing so, my skin started breaking out.. my face is full of acne now.. I have never ever had acne in my 21 years of life.. now I got acne after using this.. maybe the acne can be of stomach issues too.. but I'll keep checking on the rice water..

The Rice Toner is AMAZING & has countless benefits for both dry, oily & combo skin. There's no debate on which toner is better, as there isn't any recorded (skin) benefits that Mugworth has or offers, scientifically speaking that is.. It might "feel" good or even soothing, but the Mugworth toner doesn't contain any additional ingredients, antioxidants or actives, rendering it a useless product. What scientists in skincare say about Mugworth: Plant extract that may offer antioxidant potential although there is currently no research showing it has benefit for skin.

Hi I’ve been watching your videos and can see the improvement of your skin. Can you share what moisturiser you’re using ? Or good moisturisers for acne prone skin ?

im still using cerave moisturizing cream. I tried to switch to other moisturizers but they either break me out or don't give enough occlusivity. But if I find anything else, I will definitely share. this moisturizer is good for acne prone skin too cuz it wouldn't cause any break out for my skin :)

yes,the name itself is rice toner. they're not active ingredients so they'll not purge or whatsoever but everyone skin's different,if they dunt break you out,then it's ok.

it depends on how your skin is. rice toner is more hydrating where the mugwort is more for calming. So you can see how your skin feels and decide when to use what :)

I wouldn't use both, as I have other serum to follow, so I don't want to layer too much on my skin.

yes absolutely. I mean it wouldn't hurt to use both but I would prefer just using one at a time and to go on to the next step of the routine to save time :P
