For Haven it’s because the underside of B site still counts as part of the map. If you go in ghost mode you can most likely get and stay in there. You probably can’t teleport into there because they need to be placed within the walls or need to be not blocked visually or on the map. Reynas blinds can go through the map onto the other side as long as in the walls of the map.

for the first one the same thing happens in tree on lotus (unless it got patched but i doubt)
