Suggestions: you will need to take toilet paper; yes, take the filtered water bottle (my doctor actually gave me antibiotics to take before the trip just in case I drank the water or had an iced drink possible malaria in the water. Fatigue print clothing is against the law (it's the official military uniform). Make sure you get luggage locks. Keep in mind, the streets are stone (just thinking about your nice shoes). There are NO signs on the buildings so you'll definitely have to have places pointed out to you. Also, PLEASE make sure you let people know when you're taking pictures or filming (you cannot film the military or the police). Some locals do not want their pictures taken, please be very careful with that! I would be glad to share a few pictures if you'd like. I don't know if you mentioned mosquitoe repellent.
