I'm going to show you how to make the easiest chicken poppyseed casserole | Pantry meal 

Y'all this comes together so fast and easy, but the end result is so delicious that you might want to make an extra pan for the freezer.
Ingredients:
5 cups cooked and shredded chicken (you could use a rotisserie chicken, but I prepped and shredded mine like this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aAmahi8TB9g.html
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded parmesan
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 sleeves ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted
Mix the casserole ingredients in a bowl. Spread in greased 9x13 pan. Crush crackers and spread over top of the chicken mixture. Pour melted butter over top evenly. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving to thicken.
