This is one of my favorite movies & it’s one of the first dvds i bought. Here’s a fun fact: Marlon Wayans was supposed to play the rib customer. He wasn’t able to make it out of school in time to go to the audition. Him & Shawn were in this movie. If you blink you’ll miss him.

Great reaction. I only realized as i got older that a lot of the key scenes in this movie are directly referencing or joking on actual scenes in Blaxploitation movies like the kung fu joe and the cops scene parodying jim kelly in a scene similar to that one and the lady with the cramps referencing a film called Abby. Didnt realize Clarence Williams III was in this either.
I didn't know the Cramps scene was a direct reference to a particular movie either. I'm just now starting to watch more Blaxploitation films so I knew it was parodying those films overall but I absolutely missed direct movie references as well

Yes, yes and yes to all of these choices. No one has done five heartbeats and I don't think I've ever seen any blaxplotation movies for the 70s. All of those Sidney Poitier and Bill Cosby joint movies are great! Abs richard Pryor got some funny movies from the 70s as well.
Yes! Those are two of the most iconic scenes from this movie! Kim Wayans always steals the show when she makes a cameo in these movies...just hilarious for no reason! 😂😂

This rewatch was so funny. I love this movie. It always gives me good laughs. The Wayne's did this! I think people are still dying of too much gold 😂😂. I started rewatching a lot of old movies with my daughter when Covid started. We're still going and she loves it.
The only reason I didn't was because the audio was messed up when I started editing that part. I was disappointed that there was an issue because we were cracking up at that part
Oh ma'am... your first time seeing this? This is a classic. I remember seeing this when I was a kid and dying laughing when Dawnn snatched up Damon lol And the obvious stunt doubles for Willona lol. And Clarence Williams III with his wife... I'm Mixed and I remember looking at them white children then at me and my siblings and saying she lying.... they white lol.
It was my nieces first time seeing it but I had seen it probably too many times 😂😂 I had to edit a lot out of this video because was niece was laughing so loud 😂😂
