But because they knew to go to your RU-vid channel to get a screenshot of you for the APB, they should also see that you're not stalking or creeping. They knew exactly why you wore a camera and it's no longer an assumption. I would have sued them for slander and financial loss. I think Wayne is still buying from other resellers on RU-vid

The second you step off the street onto private property, you need written permission from the property owner to film or you'll lose in court. He could film all day from the street or even sidewalk and no one could really stop him as long as he wasn't making threats, which obviously he wasn't. There's a youtuber that walks around neighborhoods across the country and films them with a go pro harness/helmet. People call the cops all the time, but he never leaves the street so nothing they can do but hassle him a little bit. If something is visible from the street, it's free to be recorded.

@@humidbeing Understood, but thats not what I'm saying. It's not about whether he's permitted to record at the sales. It's about the accusations they communicated that he's a creeper and a stalker preparing to commit a crime. That's defamation when he can't show up to a sale without getting judged .

Oh man. I think i am going to have to turn off notifications. That thumb nail "triggers" me. As kids near DC we used to attack each other with those things. I guess I have PTSD. Anyway good to see you're still killing it.
