Priya di, next time aapko pain ho to aap 1 glass hot water me 2 tbsp ghee add karna n usko drink karna isse bahut relief hooga. Ya garam haldi wala dudh lenna u will so good n pain instantly kamm hooga n I think ayurveda par trust karna better hooga then takin allopathy.. 😘😘😘
