He was fined millions for selling after market devices for diesel trucks to pollute more, then came out and said he’s now here to help the environment😂
Why should Dave sparks need to tell fibs and lies like Elon does when hes doing the right thing keeping everything under wraps until after the prototype undergoes rigerous testing unlike the Cybertrashcan where specs were stated and the truck doesnt fit the description of how it was portrayed on stage in 2019...lol.. Heres an SEC filing you might want to read.. www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1731289/000110465924025608/tm246765d1_dfan14a.htm
Trever sat in the truck on stage telling a lady it was not a pusher like three times. He said there was solar on the roof of the factory and there was not.
@TailosiveEV 👈 thank you so much for putting a hilarious slant on something so that is wrong on so many different levels. I would hate to think how many were burnt on that stock. My guess is that many were inexperienced Robinhood investors who lost everything and will never return to the market. I love the way you edit your videos. For some reason you are a stand out and the best in the business. It's always fun and the story just keeps rolling. Luv ya work
Just like Heavy D said, they were bound by contract not to speak and that's how Milton got hung up. WHY would big oil want this thing off the ground.. Funny, you dipshits always claim conspiracy when these new cars that run on new fuels go tits up or, the creators turn up dead from "suicide." Now we have one that's legit and their propaganda alone did the bit. PROOF, nobody will do their own research.
Drew. He put you in his video which means that you are one of the few people on the planet he may respond to. Make a video where you clearly outline all the questions we want answers to. Maybe he’ll reach out!!
Omg. I’ve got about 200k in tsla I’m selling it all today so I can buy nikola shares at $.70. Why did u hear him? These badgers has doors that really open. And even has seats!
The intro reminds me of that time Google used RU-vidrs clips of showing the leaked Pixel phones, acting like they had a secret ace up their sleeve they were going to unveil… But there wasn’t 🙃
I just want Dave Sparks to come forth and say "What? Hell I never said any of those things! This is a super deep fake, that's what this is." I like Dave, he's very generous with his time and efforts on humanitarian projects.... but then he does some of these side hustle things and everything gets a little shady
Why hasn't anyone noticed this video was released AFTER the Nikola press release stating that they refused to let all five of them on the board and that they also found out that Trevor is behind the company that TRIED to nominate them. Why would David Sparks and his team release this video???
You need to apologize to Nkla for slamming the NkLA badger was a fake. You need to own up to it. Other matters is a separate issue. Don’t cover it up on other issues. When you clearly just talk about the NkLA badger was fakeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
If you read between the lines, it sounds like he's got a patent for a wave runner hull, and a line of atv bodies and suspension components, along with an existing relationship with Polaris. Seems to me a logical deal could be made to have a line of recreational EV's being sold with the aid of or purchase by Polaris which in turn could help fund r&d/production of the Badger. Or perhaps the goal is to sell the recreation ev idea and patents TO Polaris, and then use that funding to further the badger. I don't think you're viewing this through the lens of a entrepreneur quite enough. Without even being a businessman I can see some meat on the bone for someone that has the money and connections that he does.
It will be funny when he is out driving one of these badgers(if they drive) and one of his diesel bros, in a truck he illegally tuned, rolls coal on him.
I wonder what's under the hood of those prototypes. You can get a Mirai dirt cheap these days. It wouldn't be out of the question to use everything from a Mirai and put it in a pickup. Then on top of that have the reduction gearbox maxed out at 70mph to seem like it has more power.
I’m so glad that you are so onboard with this truck…… I’m holding my breath till they arrive at my local Nikola dealer’s showroom. Oh I’m turning blue hurry up.
Hey genuine question I'm new to investing. So all the news and what not aside if we look at what this company has done as of recent (producing and selling some of their semis).. It seems to me like they are fighting to actually produce vehicles, lock in customers, and keep growing. So my question is do you think that train of thought is accurate or is there more I should consider when thinking in that way?
I wouldn't be too excited. The whole video purpose was to get people excited to buy the stock so he can salvage what he can and cash out 😂 that truck will never see the light of day. One big fat clue is that him and his partner bought the blueprint to revive the truck manufacturing, then suddenly he adds that they still partners with Nikola and then he jumped the trigger to say that he is excited and want to be part of the board members and rambled on Nikola stocks. That, to me, is a conflict of interests, and it does not make sense.
I remember seeing this ,,scam like looking Nikola video of HeavyD" but couldn't find it anywhere. Welp - it is now ,,private" - great PR from HeavyD xD
37:01 That's my level of enthusiasm and how I feel about this news. 'I don't know.' ... But hey, I wish him well. (edit) I didn't know he was on a TV show where they modified diesels which aggressively violated the Clean Air Act, but that seems about right.
This video should’ve never been released. It created more questions than it provided answers. All I got out this video was that he was excited to announce that Nikola had prototypes mysteriously sitting in a warehouse and he paid a lot of money for prototypes kind of work. I’m truly confused
Seems like you would want the all terrain vehicles to have their wheels to be out side of the vehicle body width to be be more stable. That one rolling seems like if it was going any faster was going to tip over.
I'm confused; he started the company called Embers, but he is trying to get himself and friends elected to Nikola board. Why? Is he going to have Nikola buy out Embers so he can make money that way?
the peeps talking about the wrap preventing rust, well, yes, it will hide the defects, but the rust will continue to develop (underneath) and will eventually "surface-plate" and penetrate the wrap. I've had my lab for 45 years and Tesla is one of my clients. There's NO way to prevent this, as the oxides within the feedstock is impossible to remove. Rail-dust is B/S!!
That’s the problem with RU-vid channels hit the problem directly talk shit to him face to face not in a vid lots of people hide behind there channels because it’s safer for them lol bashing it’s the next line of having voice on things that they dislike Hey just straight to the source amigo Tener los huevos 🥚 is the way to make that difference
I hope diesel brothers figure it out. I want to see more made in the USA i think i would invest in their new company. They seem like real people making cool things. With a lot of success . So far . Think people would be interested to follow and invest . For sure, they need to stay away from bullshitters . And not pump stocks.. It doesn't seem like these guys are like that. But this is a strange deal. Watched them a few years. Now. I am also confused on their plan with this and wonder about nickolie? Deal more. Hope they clear this up more..
1:56 and it was a part of the FFIE company which they're still legal issues with the whole situation right now because they're still selling the stock technically Dave's not supposed to have the trucks lol
Similar to Hyunda's Nexo. With hydrogen at $36/kg in California (one of the few places with hydrogen filling stations, it can travel 380 miles on its 6.3kg tank and it will set you back $226.80 to fill it. Gasoline is $4.70/gal in CA. If you had a vehicle that gets 30mpg it would cost you $59.50 to travel 380 miles. So for it to cost $226.80 fir a Tesla M3P that use 0.300kWh/mile to cost 226.80 to travel 380 miles electricity would have to be $1.99/kWh. Hydrogen is costly energy hog.
@rkwjunior2298 this is a bit different. Producing hydrogen cleanly, efficiently, and cost effectively is like the ancient alchemists trying to turn iron into gold. If it happens it will be a game changer but it hasn't happened yet. Shell just shut down some or all of their hydrogen filling stations in CA. Toyota is giving a $15k fuel card away with the Murai. Hydrogen remains the "fuel" of the future.
@@rkwjunior2298 Hydrogen has a purpose potentially for airplanes, cargo ships, maybe long haul freight. Passenger cars requires a literal replication of existing gas stations. It’s not like you can just add another handle to a gas pump. It’s completely different infrastructure. The only conceivable way it could work is if the station was able to produce its own hydrogen, eliminating trucking everything around. Then maybe it would be cost efficient.
@garywozniak7742 With technology advancing price decrease takes time. Alternative fuels is very new technology in the grand scheme. Everyone one wants overnight results and it's not realistic
Diesel Bro here, fuck no cause its a prototype. literally nothing is confirmed about this project except he's working on it. Its like elder scrolls 6, they said it was a game how many years ago and no info about it still. Yet everyone just lets Bethesda work on it.
Fr tho, I had know that they were frauds mainly due to WholeSaleMars (on X) back before the Hindenburg report. I can’t take this Heavy D video seriously. FN hilarious
I feel like you could have handled this situation better, the entire video, it sounds like you're being sarcastic and butt hurt. Ember is a new company, they bought an old prototype that he helped design with Nikola, Nikola engineers were just unfortunate collateral to Trevor Milton trying to pump the stock. He's not asking for deposits or anything, he's just planning to bring a vehicle to production, give him a break. He's not promising any specs because they have not finalized everything. Suppliers and parts can change even just a few months before production of a vehicle. The TLDR is that I wouldn't take anything too seriously about his video, but that to not insult a guy who just wants to bring some E-vehicles to the market, there's no reason to just bring him down so hatefully.
If he cared about efficiency he wouldn’t be praising hydrogen. Make no mistake he’s purely trying to get his shares that Trevor Milton promised him. This guy is another victim of Trevor’s fraud
@@TailosiveEV Yeah the hydrogen part I don't get, hopefully he'll come to understand that the electric version is the only way to do it. EV supply chains are pretty much all set up, if you've got capital you have pretty much no problem.
@@TailosiveEV furthermore it would make sense that he's trying to get his money's worth because he must have spent a long time helping Nikola to design the vehicle, get it ready and then they just took it away from him and made him not speak about it (probably under NDA these past couple years)
Soooo... I've never heard of this company, truck, or anything about the Badger. (Go UW!) What I didn't hear is that the Badger in the new videos is moving under hydrogen or regular gas....
@@jonevansauthor man you don't know what sarcasm is until you've been to Australia. You may have some in the UK but us Aussies have perfected it. I suppose your going come back with some sort of colonial bull shit.
This new badger model has nothing to do at all with Milton, as in he isn’t involved in any way whatsoever. That was part of the contract. New management team of GM vets will turn this company around. They are proving it… invest now while you can at below a dollar.
My problem with all of this is the black eye it gives all start up that are real. The fake it till you make it mentally is not condusive to moving the industry forward. It hurt the real innovators like Aptera. So, say whatever you want, but reality still matters to me.
Just wondering which other EV company is paying you to bash the Badger? As with any company creating new technologies and vehicles, whether it’s electric, gas, or diesel, it takes a lot of time and testing designs, to verify functionality and reliability. It’s people like you that are ruining this country!! It’s sad that so many people make there living trying to ruin other people’s life and dreams!
