Sorry to hear you are injured. Hopefully you get back to 100% soon. Sounds like it is healing as you are able to do some things again.

Keep going. My son did. 27 weeks Guards 💂 training on a broken foot ( from week 3 to week 27 ) ..Guards training is No joke . !! … So keep in the right Mind Set and you will be ok … oh and is still in. Just started year 6

1. Swimming at the Public Pool, after work. 2. Cycle, short journeys. 3. After two weeks jog for a minute, walk five minutes repeat twice, then do that every day slowly increasing the time. 4. It can take several weeks,and still do the above tasks, at the same times you used to go running. I run at 0500hrs in the morning, and after injury, still got up to walk at that time.

had both a knee and Achilles injury after tryna get fit after 2 weeks i was fine though so im sure you will be as well! just try to go easy on the running, maybe focus on arm exercises. a good substitute can be aqua running in a swim mining pool. not a doctor but with me it was inflamed on the inside

@@ChelsieAngeles anytime! cycling is also amazing for a running substitute, but in my opinion running is probably the best cardio improver. went from 5.4 (yes that was an abomination) to 10.2 in 2 months by running daily 2km

I hope it isn't anything to major, i think the pains i get are circulation ones, but i think that's due to the fact of me over doing it within walking walking extra mileages, with University i have to work a lot outside, i hope you get better though:)
