Originally from NB and moved here a few years back and it’s not as miserable as it gets in NB summers, heard it this morning that it is expected to be 40 degrees Celsius combined heat and humidity there in my home province of New Brunswick. A great day at the beach underneath an umbrella and hoping in for a swim every so often. Newfoundlanders hate the warmth, warm weather I’ve heard so many complaints and I find it isn’t even that hot and beaches on The Rock are for the most part, rocky and the water bone numbing. Seriously bone numbing 😊 No doubt the weather will change Taylor fingers crossed. I’m just happy that I don’t live in BC and Alberta where the forest fires are. Tourist Town of Jasper pretty much wiped out. Wonder how these fires will affect the downhill skiing this winter. All the forest creatures without homes too.

Hi Max & Occy, great vd. Great to see you both going back on the road. Max since Occy is getting older you should think about feeding him lean real meats to keep him health. Bag/can dog food is poison for our pets. its full of sugar, man made sugars (such as multidextros, dextrose which is horrible), sugars, bad seed oils such as cotton seed oil, sunflower seed oil, soy seed oil that all cause arthritis, over all poor health, brain food, moving slowly etc. there are vds on "how much sugar is in dog food?" (search these out = see the truth) Ch Shawn baker md podcast has a vd interview with a vet who says to feed dogs REAL lean meat instead to keep your pets healthy. For depression diet is everything. Many heal their depression quickly on the keto and/or carnivore diet. Ch Home stead how healed his depression on carnivore. He has many interviews with others that did the same. ch No carb life = more healing interviews.
It is so beautiful there. Traveling is fun and always an adventure but knowing you’re back to your very own slice of heaven with a fig tree must feel great. I hope to see you on your Canadian friends channel.💕

It's really cool to see you spend intentionally quality time with your mate. Many times, guys hang out, but I don't think they often check in to really inquire if each other is doing well. Loved the morning sunrise. I watched you lift Occy into the van and thought it is exactly how we travel with our 14 year old border collie. She is a great companion but can’t jump any longer. So nice to see the love you have for Occy.
If you make it to the US, go to Salida, Colorado - it's home to the headwaters of the Arkansas River. They built a surf wave IN the river. The town has a surf shop too. Kids, adults. Tubes, boogie boards, kayaks, rafts. Rentals. Just an awesome little town.

Thank you for the message about mental health. I went forward with better help last year. 3 weeks ago, my friend at work committed suicide. She was a kind soul. I've leaned on better help for the work I need to stay balanced. Suicide sucks. It's so hard! Once you've been affected by it, you then know. It's like anything, really, cancer, suicide, addictions, and mental illnesses, to mention a few difficult realities that come to play in the sandbox. Once you deal with it, you become part of a tribe. Stay positive, plan your joyful moments to look forward to. ✨️

Hey 👋 Max! I just have to say I have been watching you off and on for about a year and have seen you with friends on other channels….. NEVER have I watched surfing or even been interested in it. I live in Indiana USA. I’ve been to the beach a few times, so to be clear… I love your renovations and yard projects etc and never thought I’d watch this. But it popped on my feed and I thought, screw it I’m bored so why not? NEVER have I been so thoroughly entertained by the rawness and “get to the point” of this video! The beauty of the hunt for waves, the build up, the let down, the ‘f the camera we’re gonna enjoy this moment right now’ feeling, the excitement, the brotherhood, even the extreme fatigue that follows such a workout! I just wanna say Thank You Max! Thank you for taking the time on your holiday to show us what your “downtime” 😂 looks like and man what an adventure!

Hey! I posted on a video of yours a week or 2 ago thanking you for never eating loudly. So I get it!! It's called misophonia and it causes a flight or fight panic response. My daughter has it with scrubbing noises. I have a pretty severe case. Thanks for talking about it. Made me feel a little less weird. ❤
Bec from Eamon and Bec suffers from that as well. I can't stand hearing people eating M or eating with their mouths open. Aahh, I eat in a separate room from my husband, he does my head in.😮
we've followed you for years and love the videos. If you ( or Kendall & Glenn) need a driveway to park on when chasing surf on the gold coast you'd be more than welcome. We're 100 m from the beach in Palm Beach, and as retired occasional van lifers now that we've sold our surf school, we are often around , with a space you could use x

Know what you mean. I took myself off on a long hike last month (Scotland) and went W-Fi less for 12 days. All the RU-vid I was missing..... but instead of watching others live their lives, I went off to live mine... and loved it. Solitude and serenity and scenery to blow my mind. Good for the soul...
