Just my opinion on the composite bonding, as someone who works in the dental field I agree with you that they are a tad big/long.

If it makes you (or anyone else) feel better, the 10,000 steps thing was an arbitrary number chosen for a marketing campaign. Studies have shown that 7,500 steps is actually a better sweet spot for boosting cardiovascular health. And of course, any steps, more or less than 7500 is better than nothing!

The bonding does look a little bit big for your mouth on the top - only a smidge!

I have an Oura ring! Absolutely LOVE it!! I did purchase mine a size too big but I use another ring to “secure” it while on my middle finger and when my fingers swell, I’m able to move it to my pointer finger and it fits perfectly. Can’t recommend enough!

I got an oura ring to use with Natural Cycles and I love it. I have silver bc it's the cheapest but I wish I got gold bc I feel like it looks kinda tacky

There is a wean mode on the Snoo!! We used it with our baby and it really helped him with the transition :)

I had to get my kids passports expedited before leaving to Switzerland! Our trip was two days before & we got so soooo lucky to get an appointment at the passport office in Houston! We had to drive 6 hours then fill out paper work then wait around & pick it up the next day. I was so stressed bc our whole trip was already paid for & we couldn’t get a refund on any of it🙃 I would say just have to be super suuuper nice to the person helping you & they will help you get it! It helps that it needed to be rushed bc our trip was in two days (which was nerve wracking too)

We had the snoo and weaning was a breeze which is the only thing that was the breeze with my first babies sleep. I would mimicked what the snoo did , rock and shhh fast and then slower and he fell asleep.

I love my oura ring, but the step tracker isn't accurate. It usually says I walked 1k-2k more steps per day than I actually did. If you really want to get an accurate step count, get the garmin. I wear both my oura ring and the garmin watch. BUT the oura ring is great for overall health.

Love my Oura Ring. Bought it mainly to track my quality of sleep and see how many vitals are, track if my steps match the ones tracked from my Apple Watch. You can input/track workouts also.

Our kiddo was in a Snoo from birth to about 5 months! Weaning wasn’t too bad - we started having her nap in her crib during the day and then switched the Snoo to the “weaning” setting which only has it move when they fuss. We also kept using the happiest baby sleep sacks for cribs and she slept pretty well! ❤
