I think there's a difference between this channel and the actual theory channels. I mean people are willing to watch long videos on a usually live channel, but when someone wants to know about the information of a theory they're probably not willing to stick around too long. Unfortunate though, I didnt think the into would really get THAT much in the way.

Matpat here is a tip about buying washing machines(or anything in gemereal): dont buy products made in america, those are especially made in a way to broke down all the time so you spend more money.

@GTLive May I ask if you wash all your plates and cutlery before putting them into your dishwasher? it's actually a bad idea and is one reason the dishwasher gets damaged faster

You brand yourself as a content creator, but I feel like the theory channels need to brand themselves as shows. Every show has an intro, but I suppose shows are different from content. Shows to me feel like you have to set aside time to watch it. But content like that on RU-vid, can be viewed whenever.
Big mood. I was excited about groceries getting delivered. Ok part of those groceries was a ridiculous amount of ice cream tubs and ice cream bars, but oh my gosh I have become _domestic_ .
There is no greater feeling than being victorious over a formerly broken appliance. Even if that victory was achieved with duct tape and tips Google told you under no circumstances to try, consequences down the line be damned it works for the time being!
I will say that as someone with a landlord, it sucks since they never do anything unless they can charge you money for it. You have to rent an apartment to get any good maintenance done on your place or just do it all yourself for next to nothing besides your mental health.
I have a dishwasher that doesn't have a traditional removable filter, but I still disassemble it twice a year to fully clean it and the macerator. This spring it had an odd smell show up so I ended up cleaning it early - and there was a whole dead mouse dissolved under the bottom grate.

Yes! I’ve found the same thing. Some times i just leave his videos playing on the background while I’m working or when I’m in my house and my stress and loneliness feeling goes away. He has helped me a lot through my depression

To be fair, I know a guy whose house has chandeliers that take up 5 lightbulb slots, coz the houses are over 100 years old, so you needed the five bulbs just to light the room up efficiently back then.
8 years, my dishwasher has never broken down 👌 Meanwhile I have bulbs that'd needed changing for years 😅 I like living in darkness. That's my excuse. So long as the kitchen light works, I'll be fine, that's the joy of having a 1-room appartment. If it goes, I have my 4 windows 🤣
I know I haven't watched the whole video yet but just listening to the beginning of this I never realized just how much stuff you did Matt. I just wanted to say thank you for all you do and I can relate to having to be a responsible adult. I'm a home owner now too and I'm learning a lot of things I never expected and it's not even all that much right now and it feels exhausting, but in the end worth it. Listening to both Matts today had made me feel like I am not so alone in how I feel. I knew I wasn't but it feels nice to hear I guess. Again thank you guys for everything. You were my introduction to fnaf as well and it's changed my life in a weird way this year, in ways I can't even explain. I'm forever grateful, I even picked up one of the denim Fnaf jackets and some of the fnaf t shirts and I rarely wear a jacket. I know it will be good quality.
