Anxiety is something I've struggled in the past and I understand how hard it must be for you leaving your hometown and living in a totally different place with different people, speaking different language and specially the culture difference that's something that really matters.

I'm so proud of you! You're such an inspiring for me. We fighting with the same anxiety disorder here, I'm not the only one! I got the panic attacks for a whole situation if I ever get nervous and all. I'm 22, I've been living with a serious anxiety since I was 16 years old. But thank goodness after I moved to another place, going for college I learn so many things to help with my anxiety. It has been better step by step, although I still I can't deal with it entirely. My friend/family scold me for acting like a child and I don't care with them saying like that because this is me. I love myself and I'm trying to fix that. You gave us such an amazing advice for life. love to see your journey! All the best!

I’m happy that you are shedding a new light on moving to a completely new place.. I see people who are extremely excited for new opportunities but I would be throwing up thinking about it! I’m so glad you are successful in what you do and I am so proud of you. On another note, I am interested in what you want to talk about around anxiety and how you dealt/deal with it. I’m only 14 but as I heard you talk about what kind of child you were (cautious and never taking risks) I can definitely see that in myself! I never took risks even if it was the simplest thing like climbing a tiny tree or jumping down many steps at a time to bigger, more colossal things. I also wondered if I had anxiety (been wondering more recently than ever) and not because I felt a constant worry or a fear for an unknown reason, which is what a lot of people have told me anxiety is. I’d like to hear more about it, if you want to share with us. Thank you for talking about the reality of moving to a country, and thank you for trying to show the true sides of it!
