Capitalist means that someone owns capital. A house is barely even private property (in the marxist sense). You could only call it capital if the person owned a bunch of houses and used them to make money out of those who rent it, for example. If you don't have capital, then you're not a capitalist.

So Ill trade you this thing for your thing as a mutual benefit to one another. What Jim harvey was talking about was corporatism, which is basically the companies owning the government and through “charitable donations” will influence or sway a decision which would give the government a monopoly if it owned everything which is what socialism and communism wants. Capitalism in its natural form would kill that because of competition if I have something and sell it for high you have the choice to choose another provider, same with work, if I don’t like what im being paid then I have the opportunity to find a career that will fit my wants and passions.
