Cristine, When I was 17, 6 years ago, I was featured in one of your Q&A’s, as someone who was struggling because my parents wouldn’t allow me to wear nail polish. The words you gave me were the words that NOBODY around me ever said, but that I longed with all my heart to hear. You supported me and my love for nail polish when no one else did. Today, at 23, I always have nail polish on my nails and I’m happier than ever being myself. I want to thank you for doing that for me, and I want to wish you happiness in everything you decide to do with your life. I’ll always be there to support you on any endeavors you take. I'm Deaf. It's a huge part of my identity AND my language. Your videos are 100% captioned, so I **always** feel included, even with your podcasts (which is actually kinda rare). The fact that you always put out quality products that I get to wear (99% of the time, HT is my first choice, and if I can't decide on one, I'll just pick 10 colors and go with it) and because I use my hands to communicate, these colors are often the first thing people notice.... so there's quite literally a little of you is in every conversation. And yeah, I guess that sounds weird, but this proud, Deaf, gimpy wierdo-oddball is totally okay with that. ❤ That and HT bottles are harder for my feline roommates to knock over than other brands, so there's that at least! 🤣 Edit: damn typos!

i havent watched cristine since i was in 3/4th grade, and now i'm in 9th. im so proud of how much cristine grew as a business owner and person.

I was just wondering what Cristine was up to and found this video after not checking on the channel for a long time. It made me very happy to discover she has her own brand and is doing so well. Cristine kept me company through long sleepless nights, suffering from insomnia and depression in 2017/2018. I felt extremely lonely and had absolutely no friends in a new country. She’ll never know how much she’s helped me through with her humour, cats and peel porns! It’s only fair to wish her the best and all the luck and success in whatever direction she decides to go. xx

I don't feel the need for new videos like the old ones - maybe bc I'm not creative and can't come up with ideas lolol. We get all this content from her for free. Why are people complaining?? Cristine, thank you for all your hard work - on everything. You're like a long distance friend. I also lost my dad - it was at the beginning of the pandemic. and it still hurts. All of my favourite youtube personalities - jenna marbles, safiya nygaard, and now cristine - have spoken about the struggles they had while being solely responsible for the pressure of creating frequent and entertaining content. It must be a harder job than anyone realizes. As someone who's followed devoutly since the polish mountain days, this does feel like a loss, but I'm happy that Cristine is finding new and healthier ways to reach her audience.

Finally deciding to watch this in full after 2 years and it has me tearing up. I found you back in 2016 and I adored your videos, I loved watching them after school and I dreamed about replicating your nail art someday. I have been recently trying to experiment with nail polish after 5 years and it reminded me of you and your brand. I used to watch Christine pretty much religiously during (and a good chunk before) her ‘prime’. Even now I check on this channel to see how everything’s going. After a certain point I kinda felt like something was different. At that point I knew that this would happen eventually, but I’m really sad that she had to push herself this hard for so long. I've been watching Cristine since I was in middle school and now I'm a freshman in college. I'm a criminology major and I always liked hearing about her and Ben's jobs outside of RU-vid. Cristine has always been a go to content creator for me when I'm seeking nostalgia or just a good laugh. I admit, I miss seeing some videos on Simplynailogical, but I'm so happy that she is doing things that make her more happy now! Because - I won't enjoy the videos you put out if you don't get more energy for making them, then it cost you doing them.
