@@cheekykoala7312 I got it from my brain. I’m sure many people do this because it’s very intuitive to use the flat nail you have on your person as the same tool you would use a coin for. Not everything is copied or stolen. Sometimes people just have shared life experiences.

I love Cristine, but... judging by her comment about the 60s and 70s, liking the medieval aesthetic is a problem because "do we really want to go back there when human rights were worse?" (I have to admit, I have had a difficult day, and as someone who is quite into vintage/historical fashions that comment really ticked me off.)
@@nightsgrow6575 There was also a pale gold holo; she used it in the '70s-inspired nails for the dots at the end. Also, I agree with her: as well as she executed that design, that burnt-orange color palette is atrocious. I call it "Seventies Orange."

When Cristine roasted the colors she used for her 60's inspired manicure, I felt personally attacked because like, I have been living in those colors for a while now. I love me a good burnt orange and brown.
I actually made that pattern that she used for the nailart (probably 15 years ago or something). As in, I'm the literal designer that made the picture she used as inspiration. XD I love those colors, but they aren't for everyone!

This video is what pushed me to stop biting my nails. I've made significant progress and significant length, just thought I might tell you guys how much she's helped me! (I've always wanted to grow our my nails but i used to bite die to stress. The pretty nails and her telling me to stop biting made me stop 😂)

@@veronikaczr1105 Yep I read somewhere that she's coming out with her own dotting tools as well since she used one in this video and I realized I missed the painting brushes. That clean up brush was the same color so I will assume its a whole brush set...So if those two tools are not together...maybe there were 6 things in the video
Since Cristine can't wear makeup anymore, anyone else want to try and see her recreate an eyeshadow look but using nail art? Nikkie Tutorials usually does some pretty colorful eye looks so I would love to see how Cristine translates that to nails instead.

I'm older than Cristine and enjoy watching especially for the simplymomlogical and simplydadlogical parts of simplypodlogical. I enjoy how down to earth and practical she/they are and how many actually useful tidbits are mixed in with the rest. The world needs to hear this more often.
If only stopping biting them fixed them. They’re still wide, thin, and flat. The right hand doesnt grow at all because I’m right handed. And no I can’t paint them because I’m my job doesn’t allow it.

I know no ones going to see this but I just want Cristine to know that she’s the reason why I stopped biting my nails after 7 years. Now they are really long and yellow as well because I always have them painted I have had then long for almost a year now and I just want to thank you for inspiring me to grow them out.

Should have started on a different nail. With both hands, the straight fingers are enough to write cris-tine. With thumbs there's enough fingers for Rothenburg. Or she could go the boyfriend route and write Bentendo. The commercial choice would be HOLO TACO or Nailogical. Basically the same word options as for tattooed letters, 3, 6, 7 or 9 letters won't line up nicely, as she showed with simply.

I ate mine for the first time. I don't know why. Maybe because I cut down on anything with processed sugar. Maybe because no one was watching me to stop me or make faces. Now, I know I'm not alone. They were washed first though.

Lol I played violin in middle school and they stuck me all the way in the back of second violins because I wouldn't cut my nails off. 😂😂😂 Fine with me, I was so bad at it and hated it.
I think simply would be so proud, it was actually this video that made me stop biting my nails. Now I grow them to about stilletto length before trimming
