Tottenham are a proud historical club that were the first team in Britian to win a European Cup, 2 first division titles and 8 FA Cups as well as a fair few Carabao/Carling/insert old name here cups over the years as well. They have state of the art facilities and arguably the best stadium in the world facility wise and are showing ambition and have some absolutely sensational players like Kane and Son. If anything, signing Conte is a statement of intent that Spurs aren't just about their past but also about winning trophies now

Tbh he’s taken over a Tottenham team similar calibre to the one Klopp took over at Liverpool in 2015, and he’s a similar calibre of manager to Klopp as well. It’ll still be a big ask to replicate the wonders Klopp has done, but I’m confident Tottenham have landed themselves a gem in Conte here.
