Make the rudest person in any office you visit write out the FOIA

Does anyone else notice all the bulletproof glass in all of these government buildings? SO SAD.

This City Hall is a great representation of the city of Troy.....DEAD.💀

Troy City Hall (female government employee plus assistant to Mayor): Openly and intentionally rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, condescending, confrontational, aggressive, argumentative, seek conflict, insulting (repeatedly demanding taxpayer/general public where to stand plus making multiple negative statements about same individual while in an adjoining area when speaking on phone), demeaning, belittling, devaluing verbally abusive to tone of voice, facial expression, body language. Taxpayers/general public should only be treated w/ the utmost respect, dignity, polite, courteous, knowledgeable professionalism (w/ or w/out camera) throughout entire encounter (which did not happen). Female government employee and assistant to the Mayor: Have below elementary level social, listening, verbal and interpersonal communication, customer service skills. Also, are unwelcoming, unapproachable, and unkind (unnecessarily). Defund, removal from public office, terminate government agencies personnel for lack of accountability, transparency, ethics. FYI: As government employees insist upon taxpayers/general public option required documentation online rather than actually assisting them in a pilot professional (personable, patient manner), be terminated in utilize online services instead. For taxpayers/general public do supply their salaries.

These videos repeatedly show how incompetent, lazy and dangerous our government "representatives" are. Keep it up.

Personally I have a problem with an employee who will not identify themselves. If you have done nothing wrong if you have nothing guilty in the back of your head you should have no problem saying hi my name is Bob. It's just the professional thing to do.

I used to live in the capital region, dealing with several government agencies in the area, city of troy’s employees usually have the worst attitude, especially elderly women.

Omg she ran away like a5 year old that didn’t get her way. She is way too old to not be educated on the constitutional rights of every citizen, including her. So sad to see “ adults” behave like this. I don’t understand or comprehend how “ ADULTS” get so TRIGGERED WHEN A CITIZEN IS ENGAGED IN OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

It says… and I quote!🧐 When one is within view of a Public Space, the feelings of the recorded individual or individuals may supersede any Constitutional Right of the Videographer. Whereas, should any Citizen fall victim to “Recording me without my permission!” while within public view, No less than 4 quarts of butt hurt cream shall any Citizen be entitled at no cost📜 How do I know such cryptic information? Funny…I live in a Senior building and if we signed up, I did, we will have thanksgiving dinner delivered by volunteers. Now it’s over. I ate alone in my apartment as most of us do. Apple pie for dessert. It was good. Typical thanksgiving. No charge. At 69 yrs old…on my own.
