disclaimer, I never judge Moms, ever...but you presented a few "questions" in your video that prompted a response.... I am writing in response to your video. To be honest, I started watching your channel because I was a woman of color living in East Asia with a child. My child is older now, but I sometimes continue watching. You have freer ideas than I do. For example, you and your girls dress far less conservatively than I allow my daughter to dress because I know what can happen to a Black-presenting girl who moves freely throughout the world. You went to SKY! That is a huge accomplishment. Yonsei is an almost impossible feat. I hope you find a way, any way, to move back to Korea and take your kids and husband with you. It is far more healthier (and beleive it or not diverse, than where you live for Blasian kids. Don't let imposter syndrome get you. Remember who you are. I noticed the quality of your videos was higher when you were in Korea and you seemed more confident and relaxed. Have a beautiful and happy life.

Jesus can help you. But go asap for faster results. Find a christian orthodox church and confess and talk to a priest, if he allowes take the Holy Eucharisty. I had depression, my father died, bullied in school, family problems and this saved me Also try to go as often as you can at this church liturghy. Let me tell you this is the only receipt for great results. Try to talk to a christian orthodox priest fast😊

Yes, that’s exactly how I feel Lily. I don’t want to exercise with a bunch of people! I found a small gym a few months ago with shiny new equipment and a pricey membership fee that keeps subscriptions low. I decided to try it out, and I absolutely love it! It’s not financially sustainable though, but while it lasts, I’m soaking in every minute! On a crowded day, I’ll see about five people. I started because I had the same issue. Studying online and spending most of the day sitting caused me to put on about 25 extra pounds and when I look at my body, I just don’t feel like myself.

Hey, have you tried a ladies gym? See if there’s one in your area. If you can find one, it really really made me a lot more comfortable with working out. It was a game changer for me. Might work for you too

Lily you're doing AMAZING!! You can do it all but just remember that you don't have to get it done at the same time. You're prioritizing and getting to the things that you can. If you can't do 10,000 steps and you only do 2,000, that's great because you did something. That's better than nothing and it ALL counts towards your goal. Keep up the hard work! It always pays off 😊

I am relieved and thank you for keeping us posted. You are a smart lady and very very motivated. I know your fiancé is very encouraging and your daughters are looking to you for encouragement. You can do it. You have the sense to go for what works. It’s your time now and I hope many of your fans will study a long with you. I am nearly 80 and hope you will help me understand not to be fearful of pressing the wrong button. I try to reach my walking goals indoors everyday so I don’t have excuses to not being active. Awe that’s so awesome! You’re kind of inspiring me to try to go for an Associate in graphic art. But, I already have a Bachelor’s in Film :/ Congratulations 🎊 Keep going, keep fighting! And I’m also Blasian (black/chinese), and I danced for 14 years. I also quit dance after feeling burnt out due to all the extra curriculum I was in (Choir, 4-H, Color Guard, Art Honors, etc.) And if you want any indoor home exercise suggestions, I personally watch GrowwithJo and lost 10 lbs last year doing her videos! But haha I got distracted reading webtoon and wasn’t consistent 😂 I will try again later lol

I understand how you feel Lily. I use to pay a pricey membership fee then I decided if I can pay a membership fee I can invest in home equipment by "THE GRACE OF THE MOST HIGH YAH". I bought all my equipment one piece at a time. I got a bike first, then the treadmill, the the rowing machine, then a bowflex. I bought a personal sauna that will be delivered Monday. I now have everything the gym had. Keep going Lily!

You can read, people by just their face expressions or attitude and behavior, it seems your daughters are not really happy about what’s going on. Rather they are happy for you, they aren’t themselves.

you can do it! you can sneak steps into your day in small pockets. i like to do 10 minutes after each meal (that's already half an hour if you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and any time i need to be on the phone, i like to walk around the house while talking so i can get more steps in.

Hi Lily, you are beautiful no matter what the scale says. Just know that there is no such thing as perfection. Do the best you can on your fitness journey. If you have a desk or standing desk, you can work/study while stepping which can help you reach your goal, try other things like parking further from the grocery store so you have to walk and you will start to hit your goal without even trying
