@Kaelan K because he’s a depressed burnout who is abused at home and clearly liked Claire (but wouldn’t admit it at the time) and was pissed Emilio’s character asked her to a party
He likes Claire anf seeing a fellow richie athlete star of the school like Andy basically try asking her to a house party made him jealous because he knew he could never ask her out to stuff like that being an abused poor kid.
@@frankiegee6135 Allison’s “Ha!” Is is a reference to Claire’s complaining that her parents don’t “give a shit” about her, and just use her to get back at each other, while Allison’s parents really DON’T give a shit about her, as it’s revealed later that they ignore her. In the opening, when she’s being dropped off, she goes to the car window to say something, and they drive off.
Theres a reason why Bender and Claire ended up together My theory is that Bender asked Claire who she liked better (Mom/Dad) and we know that it's the exact same for him and his parents none give a "shit" about them it's why he asked Claire 8n the first place he saw that she in the same boat and in his own way tried defending her when Allison yelled "hah!" And thought that it was fucked and further defended her when Andy says she's hiding her own quilt and he relates with her l in that since.
No. He’s a bad boy alpha male and she craves his attention. The jock comes off too needy and she makes rules for beta males and breaks them for alpha males. 😎
Agree. Life pre-social media was so damn great. The 80's and 90's were the absolute best. Enough technology to keep things interesting but everyone still wanted to go out and actually interact. And dating actually only happened if you had the guts to ask someone out in person or on the phone with your real life voice. And the movies and music were the absolute best.
whats disgusting about that? it was a parody and he didnt even include any of the "inappropriate" language, he changed it to taco's and other things. not only kids watched that show, some older teens/young adults did too and that episode was for them. he is a disgusting man but not for this
Comes from awful stress too, knew a kid back in school with a streak in his brown hair completely white, people used to tease him calling him guinnie pig, unaware it’s from bad shit at home
I feel the same way as Claire I've been through the same thing too. She's not the only one my parents were separated too and it was sad for me. Second I don't understand why God brought me here when a person is here in this world from God no one wants me and it's so painful for me. I feel more lonely than before.😔😭
Okay how about we skip back to Victorious when this line was said “Our pristine little friend Cat has never had a taco” “I’m not that pristine” OKaY tHIs iS wErE vIcToRiOuS gOt It FrOm
they're not index cards, they're part of the library card catalog, and randomly rearranging them as he did would make it very difficult to find a book. the system is basically obsolete now, but back in the day if you wanted to know where a certain book was in the library you went to card catalog, which was arranged by subject if i remember right, and then maybe a sub subject or alphabetical, and it had a number on it, and you would look for the corresponding numbers on the shelves of the library to find your book. then you would bring it to the counter where a human being would stamp with ink when it was due back. i don't think in public libraries but i know in school libraries you had to sign your name on a card so the library knew who had what book. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Library_catalog
*they're not index cards, they're part of the library card catalog, and randomly rearranging them as he did would make it very difficult to find a book.* ^Yeah, 'card catalogs' is how you used to find books in a library before the advent of computers/online database. What Bender is doing is a dick move and will make it near-impossible for someone to find what they're looking for.
If I was John Hughes I would had created two more students. One is a lonely child who has parents who are always working long hours therefore hardly at home causing the student to be a lonely person and eases being lonely by making friends with the wrong sort and commits an offence giving that person detention. Another one would be one who had a fellow sibling at school that committed suicide as they were getting bullied and the student got revenge by attacking the bullies.
No matter how many times I watch the movie I still think Bender is an ass despite his background. Only he can change it. But more so that Molly's character Claire is considered beautiful and popular. She played outcasts in other movies but regardless I never saw her as a beautiful popular character. Times have changed but I graduated in 2005
Metabolism shabolism, an excuse for the lazy. Jennifer Lopez and Halley Berry don t seem to have that problem. As you age how you take care of yourself and how you live your life just shows up way more.
