In this video, I delve into the past of my college running, where mental struggles were met with little to no support and often caused by the very people in place to support us. The trip back to UVA for 2023 NCAAs and reunions proved to be intense, healing, and gave me some hope. The stories told by the wise women runners who had come before me were intense, shocking, and reinforcing of the power of the human spirit.
