Prostate, it's kinda worrying to see blood come out instead of wee, but probably nothing to worry about, happened to me a few times. I mean it can be a symptom of prostate cancer, but probably not. When I was 60 I eventually needed greenlight laser treatment due to an enlarged prostate. Scabs form, break off, blood comes out, heals, repeats. The investigation procedure, I would describe as mildly uncomfortable, not painful. Overall, don't worry bud. Plus long term, if you or anyone else needs greenlight laser to reduce their prostate; I'll say it's probably the least uncomfortable operation I've ever had (current count about a dozen).
