I don’t think I ever fully appreciated the comedy in the fact that the grievance is not that the Josh is covered in juice, but that Olan no longer has juice to drink.
Oh no, the grievance is for sure being coated in juice but the grievance is actually that not only is he without beverage but his friend is covered in it; which he feels doubly at loss for. Hence, the retaliatory confrontational dialogue of displeasure.

The paragraph on the sidewalk, aka the word on the streets is you can still see these guys in upperclass neighborhoods wielding whips.
It's really just 3 friends messing around in front of a camera, but to me this is one of the most original and quotable skits ever made. It's just perfect.
