Don’t ever think your tanks or anything you’ve ever created was a waste of time. The view count does not define the amount of value your work holds. I’ve been following this channel for years and you even inspired me to make my own tanks. (I made three tanks of YOUR design and won first place in a state fair competition) Not only that but you’ve truly impacted the army men community, and that might not sound like much but your presence online has impacted me and many others positively. Do what you gotta do, I’m not asking you to never stop- I’m saying your work over the years has been very far from pointless. Thank you nim and I’m excited for the future of the channel ¡Vamos!
It's all about sticking to that kind of hobby in the end. Though i don't think one should ever say 'never again', might one day play around with some cardboard, not for the channel, but for yourself.
Went through the same realization about 2 years ago after my high school Junior year as well too much aspiration and not enough time, hope you find some thing that brings you as much joy as making models did for me, haven’t made a model in a long time but I enjoy content like this, wish you the best in your future endeavors bud.
I’ve been watching your channel for around 2 years… It’s been a nice journey, thanks for all those tanks and creations, that I’ve gotten inspiration from.
Nim inspired me to create tanks and I've been doing so for two years.Know he has to stop hits hard I'll try my best to commit myself the cardboard tank fandom you started .Good luck Nim!❤
I'm glad your finding that's more fit for you and your situation but thank you for inspiring me as well to make things especially out of card bored I could agree that it is messy and it is time consuming which is why I stopped but I hope to see new content in your channel!
u can put your creatyvity aside if u downt have time to make tanks. but your creatyvity is ur hobie and u downt have to quit and remember u ar a manwhit a heart love u
Listen man its not about the details your trying to make. Even if its not good you still made a memory in life. And lots of fans are inspired and you made carborad history. Good luck soldier on your new Era....
thank you so much for everything. I've been watching your videos for as long as I can remember. Your the one who inspired me to start cardboarding in the first place, and making all things military out of cardboard. Thanks to you, this hobby got me through some really tough times. I know its disheartening to not see your videos blow up after so much time has been put into them, but mad respect for not hoping on the mr beast style videos (even if they give you more views) More important than views however, is your community. You have single handedly fostered a thriving group of like-minded individuals who all have unified around the channel you've carved out over many years. Its bittersweet to see the channel drift away from cardboard, but also on to more advanced things. And even though one day far in the future the last video of nim productions will be uploaded, I hope you'll rest easy knowing you've left your mark on me, and everyone else who have watched your video's through the years. Keep up the good work, but please don't give up on this channel anytime soon. Were all here for you man. -- L.D
I made many WW2 cardboard tanks inspired by your channel, now for more than a year I'm printing WW2 armies for tabletop gaming. I will look forward to your 3d printing videos.
It is sad that you are quitting in making tanks, because you inspired me to create stopmotions and even making my own tanks, and I hope your channel will grow big. Thank you for inspiring me nim productions
You have been such an inspiration for me for all those years and now im 18 and im getting to the same problem as you and all i can say is that i can 100% understand what you said but i wish you good luck on this Journey of yours
I understand your thoughts, but your work was never been a waste Nim...the people those who are commenting are all inspired by you...and thank for sharing your ideas with us
well that’s unfortunate, I hope sometime in the future you will find the time do to something with cardboard again. I love your videos and I hope you have a good journey from this point on
This guy was my childhood and will always be. I remember being bored at my grandmas house and being on RU-vid and saw this guy or kid make a tank out of cardboard. I was so surprised since I never saw things like that other than die cast, I followed all of his ways of doing his work and truly inspired me to make cardboard weapons, tanks, and even planes. I learned how to make them all by his and my experience I truly appreciate all of this guys hard work and surely he will be blessed in the future.
I remember got inspire by one your videos and start making cardborad tanks for army men stop motion, later some where one year I think I stop because I always make a mess on my room and it wasn't pefect eough. I discover about model kits in black star initiative. I reject the idea of model because I love to make cardborad tanks, but soon I start love model kits when start doing so. It ok to chosse an new hobby when start to grow up and I argee. Best luck for you!
Young Jedi, As a plastic/resin, WW2 tank/figure/diorama modeler for over 50 years, like a fine wine, you'll only get better with age. Young man, you got it!...yes...talent, skills and like me, very, very enthusiastic about this hobby and war history/regalia/equipment. Try and understand that being a modeler is an art and you are a Maestro in this art. Take a break if ur stressed, and let RU-vid happen as it happens...this money making scheme on RU-vid is tricky, unless ur putting on makeup, trying on new dresses or farting around, then you'll be a gazillionaire...like Ryan, the kid with the goofy family, rich folks, from putting on goofy stuff...this art of modeling only covers a small portion of the world population, modeling is "old school" hobby, thus peeps don't hang out at home anymore, except for this weird Covid thingy for the past 3 years... Hey, your cardboard tanks are supreme and equal in design and quality as plastic or resin. But your tanks and detailed videos have inspired me, in my recent retirement with limited income, to try a cardboard tank and save some bucks. For example, ur Porsche Tiger tank, in plastic, 1/35 scale, runs about $65-$85. Cardboard, maybe $10 for glue, glue gun, ruler, xacto knife...voila!!! Thanks bra for the coolness...get a real job, this RU-vid is tricky. Best regards, A new fan, Robert
I will mis your cardboard tanks😢. You are the most talented person I’ve ever seen.😊 you inspired me to build my own cardboard tanks, ships and planes. I wich you the best. Please don’t think that no one cares. Because I know that a lot of us and me care.😊 I will still watch your videos. And look forward fore your next video. RIP cardboard tanks.
It's okay man we don't mind If you give up on making cardboad tanks, rest if you must because we viewers are inspired by you and will carry on your channels legacy and teachings to make awsome models or figures out of cardboard and not spend tons of money on a branded figurine or model thanks man you changed my eyes to look at trash not as trash but as gold and iron.
Bro I feel you, but I'm not going to quit, I will carry you're legacy and I will still do it till the end. I know its rough but if you give me any ill give the efforts to you and me
i just want to say that ill support your choice in quitting. Though your craft and art was very beautiful bot getting many views would be discouraging. I just want to say best of wishes to you for making such a big decision.
