I dont care! Granny had all the hacks! Curling hair with straps of paper bags or fabric. I do this when I want my natural hair to go into a semblance of an afro. I'm definitely doing this for my daughter and I when we get silk presses. I was struggling with wrapping our hair. THANK U SO MUCH!!!

True but when my hair is straight there's no moisturizing product on it bc it weighs my hair down 🫣

My exact thoughts because even if a person has no moisture in their silk press that makes it even worse because whatever little moisture thats in the hair from even just the hydrating conditioner alone will be sucked right out using this technique which in return will cause extra dryness and breakage...dont do this ladies just get your satin scarf and lock in the moisture to ensure your hair doesn't dry out...this makes no sense to me🤦🏾‍♀️
