I accidentally deleted my August update footage, so I had to re-record it and will include it with my September update video.
The goals for October are the same as those for August and September. For October, I decided to replace one meal daily with a salad. And I have included a few splurge days at the end of the month for extracurricular activities I have planned, Disneyland, California Adventure, San Diego Zoo, etc.
I will post those October goals under the Community tab so you have them as a quick reference.
Calories consumed:
- Breakfast - 679
- Snack: 75
- Lunch: 466
- Dinner: 210

You’re a beautiful person, what FINALLY got me results was “intermittent fasting” and in the last 3 years I’ve lost 40 pounds which is good for me. Most generally I eat once a day, sometimes twice a day.

That worked for me as well. Fruits have a lot of sugar so you can't have a lot of that either. Snacking less also worked, and I walked 3 to 4 miles at least 3 days a week.

So proud of your weightloss! Even tho the scale isn’t where you want it to be, you will get there. I am walking 15 min at a time and it’s tough but I’m just starting out. I hope to get up to as many miles as you! I’m also starting to meal plan. I feel so much better eating right and meal planning is starting to get fun :) Burrito bowls are my favorite bc they are so easy!

So proud of you. I will join you on this calorie deficit diet. I will also incorporate intermittent fasting meaning I will have nothing but water after 5:00 pm. I will 1,200-1,500 calories per day between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. I agree no pills and no surgery. I also drink lots of water. Thank you for motivating me. ❤️

I agree 100%. I’ve been there, like you, I used those numbers as motivation to work hard(er) and keep pushing. I reached my goal 3 years ago and have maintained since. You got this!!!!

Hi Tiffany!!! Last month I lost 23 pounds. For the month of September I stopped eating breakfast. Breakfast for September was bottled water and 3 too 6 mile walks. Lunch and dinner was optional mostly it was one or the other. I'm praying with you. It's not what's on the scale It's what's in your heart that matters the most. ❤

You got this Tiffany! You have such determination and perseverance! Your videos are inspiring to your whole community and others! We are rooting for you! I also find walking is the best form of exercise for me. Walking in nature is so lovely! I also like walking from RU-vid channels like Grow with Jo and Walk at Home. Dancing with also fun. Gina B whose channel is Up to the Beat fit has a Tina Turner dance party workout. I think having a journal/planner will help me. For example, Marianne Cresp has a video about her fitness journal, Nperfect plans has a video about self-care planning and Breana Kechelle has fitness journal videos. Morgan Harper Nichols has lots of wonderful quotes about "being kind to yourself on your journey". Take care of yourself!

I hope I inspire others to make healthier choices and not give up when they don't see the progress you had hoped for. I remind myself that slow 🐌 progress wins the race, too! Tip , if your able to soak your beans over night , dump the water off and rinse the beans . Gets rid of the gas ⛽️ in them and makes cooking quicker for next day 🎉

I cut most carbs like breads, pastas, starches. I have gotten out of the habit of eating sugary stuff. If was exercising that would do wonders. One thing at a time.Keep perservering!

Hey Tiffany! Keep up the great work! I can see a difference! Your face looks slimmer! Edit: the scale may not show the difference in pounds. Start measuring your body to also see results - neck, bust, waist, hip, biceps and thighs etc.

Try the eggs diet, 3 boil eggs, green tea, and strawberries for breakfast . And lunch, do oatmeal for dinner. Pop some popcorn for snack, no microwave popcorn.

Slow cooked steel oats with banana to sweeten, flax, chia seeds and hemp hearts. Chopped nuts like walnuts, pumpkin seeds or pecans. Or a smoothly with kale or spinach, banana or avocado, then fruit any berries. I eat no salt oil or sugar. That’s a huge help.

Hey Tiff....follow you sporadically but I always enjoy your videos. I also am trying to cut down. I also am walking daily but not as much. I, however, am on Ozempic, because, I am prediabetic. I love your food plan less the carbs and sugar. I spend much time monitoring those two numbers in my daily intake. Cheese is my friend and a great go too. Also pork rinds are a great low calorie, low carb snack however they do have sodium. I use salad dressing looking more at carbs and sugar. A great surprise is the Prego three cheese sauce. Check it out. Low carb and sugar and a small amount goes a long way. Low carb breads for me. No potatoes, rice or high carb bread. Once in a blue moon I will cheat with half a potato. Ranch dressing is great for a potato topper. No butter, no sour cream just ranch. Wishing you all the best.

Thanks for sharing. ☀️ To answer your question, most days of the week, I’ll eat either warm or overnight oatmeal (with fruit, nuts, seeds and all) or yogurt in a bowl or in smoothies with the same ingredients for gut health.
