I cry BS. The one big tell that she didn't exercise it off is that she isn't even talking about an exercise routine, a gym, a trainer, or the intensity of workouts required to drop 40 or 50 lbs in a matter of months. When you are as obese as Kelly was, it takes weeks just to get your body (joints, muscles, bones, etc) acclimated to the work load, and get thru the strains, mild injuries and soreness that inevitably happen. It continues to require a strict diet and at least an hour a day 5 or 6 days a week of serious workouts. Maintaining this level of fitness requires all of the above all the time. I did all the above and lost 35 lbs over about 10 months at the age of 71 over the past 16 months. So I just did it and I know it can be done. I'm just saying that it's obvious that Kelly hasn't done any of the hard work it takes to get there; if she had, that's what she would be talking about because it is a monumental effort, and you are bound to be proud of it. Again, I cry BS. I just don't like the implication from her that her dramatic weight loss is due to her almost casual and effortless diet and exercise routine. She took weight loss meds. Obvious.

Why does it matter what she does in her personal life! She needed to lose weight for health reasons, she may have even been prediabetic who knows. At the end of the day, gummies, ozempic, diet, whatever she is doing is working for her and it's nobodys business. People lose weight everyday, I don't see people being obsessed with how normal people lose their weight. Judgemental people keep others from sharing private parts of their lives, so just be happy for her getting healthy for herself, and her family. ❤

I think she is following her doctor's advice, and some of that advice is taking Ozempic or something like it. For someone who tends to be very upfront and honest, she is not coming right out and denying taking anything. I don't care one way or the other. I just think she had some medical intervention for the weight to come off very quickly.

eating is not the problem. It is a symptom of mental discomfort and trying to self soothe through food. Same with drugs, same with alcohol. When are people going to realize this? Examine your life, examine, process and talk about your emotionally neglectful childhood...your triggers, insecurities, fears, etc. DO THE WORK. Make healthier choices as well. Cutting out cheese, meat and alcohol will change your life!
