The dental situation is REAL man. I cannot find an NHS dentist taking new patients within 10 miles of where I live right now. What do I do? Can't afford private. How far should I stretch the boundary? 20, 30...40 miles?!?! I still don't believe there will be one available even then! Like, what the hell!?

Grinding teeth at night might be Bruxism. Get is checked out at the dentist. You can get a mouth guard made for you to stop damaging your teeth when grinding in your sleep. I've had one for the last 9 years and its stopped all my previous issues with my teeth.
