I wouldn't go that far but it is been on the rise from the lows of the late 2010s. It can continue to rise but I am not sure it will ever reach the late 90's. Look at how fiery those arenas were with signs everywhere.

I agree with you LA Knight does deserve a universal championship, but not right now I would probably wait until next year after he wins the United States championship. If I was Triple H, I would have him win the royal rumble, and main event wrestlemania against Cody Rhodes.

He's got all the material to be the Universal/Undisputed Champion - moreso than anyone else on the roster.
