Hi ! I've just found your channel and it is so interesting and it gives me more motivation to save money. I'm starting school again after three years of break so i really need to save all the money i can, unfortunately I have a lot of trouble with overconsumption... but your videos might help, at least i hope so ! I'll try not to buy any physical items like books or decor or skincare products this month, i hope i can manage to do this ! Thank you for your video ♥

Think about why you're doing it and think about alternative things to do when youre tempted to buy something (online shopping, etc).
