This was a fun vlog! Loved seeing the doggies at the pet shop - like little kids at a candy store! Even though your painting turned out different I think it was great - it shows how everyone creates things differently, and even the difficulty of controlling color. Hi Frederike, this was a very cozy vlog, and I really liked to see the process of the small paintings that are beautiful : ) And well, about the "ABBA part", it could have been me hahaha, I've looked as you for 2 weeks ago in my room with one of their songs! And wow, these fears you have, must be very uncomfortable to live with... but I think that you must "loose" a lot of energy if you are always trying to figure out what will happen or could happen. And I suppose, that if you only live the present moment in happiness, then you may have so much more energy to face the more bad things that can appear. Recently, I've learned to see the not so pleasent moments as something empowering and positiv, because I really feel I grow and I get stronger in my head. And if there wasn't such weird days, I don't think we would appreciate the nice moments as much

I am doing EMDR therapy to free me. OCD is what I fight with and CPTSD. Every time a negative thought comes in my therapist says picture a 🛑 STOP sign. I have been fighting and trying it too girl. I get your pain. It's not easy. I do the same as you. 🫂
