I'm transferring to Western New England University. I would like to thank everyone who has supported my decision. I am grateful for my time at Anna Maria College and look forward to the next chapter.

good luck, So did you have to send college highlights from your old college team to your new college coach? and then from there the new coach offered you a spot on his team ?

Thank you. I have my highlights public on RU-vid so many coaches reached out to me once they saw me in the transfer portal. The other coaches I reached out to and sent them the link with other information about me.

Good Luck man! Also, if you are transferring from a DIII school to another DIII school, are you eligible to play in your first year that you are at the new school?

Hey man, to transfer from d3 to d3, can you reach out to coaches before filling in the self release form? You only fill out the form once you have an offer right?

You are supposed to fill it out when you reach out to coaches. Unless you do the transfer portal, then coaches can reach out to you.

yeah I don't know the situation but I'd talk with the coach if I was her and 100% sure that I was transferring to be transparent with the coach about it if there are good reasons for leaving and then the athletic director should be able to help as well

Offers meaning a spot on the team. D3 can’t offer athletic scholarship money. My 2 D2 offers were minimal athletic scholarship money, mostly academic scholarship

Why didn’t you go to the d2? And I’m currently a d3 player how can I transfer to d2 or d1? And let’s say I transfer to d1 or d2 do I have to take a year off?

There are a lot of things that factor into it. Go with your gut. It’s not just about the Division. A lot of D3 teams beat D2 teams in scrimmages. If you transfer from a D3 school to a D1 or D2 you don’t have to take a year off

If games are not recorded, I would definitely try and get some footage even of your own training sessions just set your phone down. ID camps, showcases, tournaments etc are good ways to get recruited and reach out to coaches before and after
