Wow! This poem can be interpreted in two very different ways. Although, I feel like it's very close to a satire. The words are saying one thing but the actual meaning is quite the opposite of it. This way the usage of the quotation marks also makes complete sense. Like saying...I'm so "Rich" that I can't even afford to pay my bills.
