Actually in the UK, the population is fast becoming more non religious over the generations. Atheists Agnostic, Humanist. With the easy access to science and education people are moving away from the bronze age baseless Abrahamic superstitious like Judaism, Christianity and Islam and embracing more rationalism and healthy skepticism. Even if Islam becomes the dominant Abrahamic denomination in the UK, the vast majority of people will still be non religious. Thats still a good thing.

Christians are suppose to be different to the world, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, how he shedded his own blood that washes away all of our sins who we trust wholeheartedly and stand in the Gospel of 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJV. Christians, like the Jews, are supposed to be despised, treated as the dust of the earth, persecuted, and even killed for our faith. The world sees us like Jews as parasites of the world that need to be stamped out, never mind the world being already contaminated by this parasite called sin and we Christians being the antidote for it. Jesus came in his Father's name and the world rejects him, someone else comes in his own name and the world accepts him.
