I don't think people realize how much work goes into hand made products.

I think your signs such as 'Look at all those chickens' and other signs really encouraged sales. And the one explaining that crochet cant be done by machine - I've found a lot of people actually believe it IS done by machine! And If/when I ever do a market, I'd love to have the same idea for various signs. (will be at least a couple of years, trying to move out of state right now) CONGRATS on a great market!!

I dont sell my makes but im amazed walking around markets and people saying something is too much when i feel like it should be double the price.

People have to understand that prices vary from place to place. I think your prices are just fine. They work for you. All your plushies are too cute. You did a great job.

I agree with the price. Most people want everything for an extreme low price. They dont care what yarn costs or how many hours was put into the work.

I price my crochet plushies very similar to you and people always say I do too little or too much!

Long time viewer and follower - firs time commenter - but I just had to say I too struggle with pricing and I price my items to what I deem as fair - there's always going to be "haters" or those who think it's wrong but that's one them - another thing way to go on the 1st chair violin - as someone who always wanted to learn it's awesome to see someone following all their passions so valiantly - I truly enjoy watching your videos, getting ideas, and seeing such awesome things being made! - you're actually an inspiration for me to work harder and build my crochet business better to one day have event successes like this one - I know not all are good and not all are bad, but you never know until you try :D

My thing with prices is im cheap probably wouldn't buy most stuff so if i ever did sell stuff id probably underprice it but i always understand the pricey handmade things as long as they aren't to outrageous over material price
