Can you use the permeable printed metal as a jet nozzle, seal it, and flow hydrogen through it to cool it: all while expanding the liquid Hydrogen to accelerate the rocket as fuel? Can you make an open shroud, small turbine, scram jet this way? Adding initial ion thrust to the shroud, as the primary, upper turbine is not against the external wall. The turbine blades can close, for dampening, and induces greater suction once engaged, as powered by a capacitor bank, until it breaks the angle of attack to a full open stop once at speed, and high altitudes close again.
The goal is to superheat explosive dust and ignite it with electricity generated at the impeller once at full thrust, to add greater thrust to weight of fuel once released from the nozzle.
Can you use hydrogen and oxygen (or gaseous hydrolox) as a fuel for the hair flamethrower and burn the tomatoes? (from the planet tomato (with a lowercase t)).
